PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS

The prices seen on this web site are current and correct. When prices are amended it is done straight away on this web site. Prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or postage. When ordering on the web site and you ‘add to basket’ and enter your country in your address the postage is automatically shown. When you confirm your order that is the price you will pay in pounds sterling. When ordering by other than the web site the prices may change because we reserve the right to change prices without notice. In the event of a change to VAT the appropriate adjustment will be made at time of invoicing/despatch.

We have tried to ensure that the descriptions on this web site are correct, and comply with the Trade Descriptions Act. However, should any customer think that there is any misrepresentation whatsoever, will they please advise us so that the matter can be considered and if necessary amended on the web site.

Where items are no longer available from the original manufacturer we either arrange for the part to be re-manufactured or source the best quality reproduction available.

ORDERING IN THE UK & EEC COUNTRIES

VAT must be included to all goods and to the postage. All parcels, within the UK, under either 2.0kg or £100 will be sent by signed for post, over 2.0kg or £100 will be sent by next day courier service. European delivery’s 2.0kg or £100 will be sent by international signed for post, over 2.0kg or £100 will be sent by courier. Once your order is placed and accepted the contract is governed by English Law.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by cheque, postal order, banker’s draft, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. When you order by credit card, including on the web site, your account is not debited until the goods are ready for despatch. For overseas orders the exchange rates are determined by the banks or credit card providers which may make an additional processing charge for which you will be liable. Goods are supplied with delivery duty unpaid, you may have to pay import duty or other customs fees on entry to your country.

DELIVERY

We try to despatch all items in stock to the customer within 3 days. Items not in stock will take longer, and will be sent separately and indicated thus on the invoice. In placing your order with us you agree that the period for delivery could exceed 30 days. You may contact us at any time regarding delivery and we will advise our best estimated delivery date for the outstanding items on your order. However, we will not be liable for loss or damage through any delay in delivery. Some of our products may not be available for delivery outside the UK due to regulatory restrictions, or for practical reasons may have to be sent under special shipping arrangements at additional cost.

DELIVERED PARCELS

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday only. All parcels received must be checked at the time of delivery. Only the number of boxes received should be signed for. Any damaged parcels received should be signed for as damaged, and photographs should be taken of the damaged parcel to substantiate any claim. Any orders received incorrectly or with damaged items must be notified by telephone or email within 48 hours of receipt to enable a claim to be made. Claims for damaged parcels must be raised with the courier company, by Librands, within 5 working days.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are liable to meet any additional charges for customs clearance or additional documentation. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

CANCELLATIONS

This paragraph applies to goods that have not been used and ordered by a private customer other than a business. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order, apart from non stock items ordered specially for you, personalised for you or made to measure for you. Under the Regulations you may cancel your order up to seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must advise us of the cancellation by letter, fax or e-mail giving your name, address and order reference number. You will then receive a full refund within 30 days. We ask that the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, the packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used and must be in re-saleable condition. All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. We do not refund your cost of the original shipping or returning the goods to us unless they are incorrect or faulty or as otherwise specified by the Distance Selling Regulations.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

This paragraph applies to goods that have been used. All our products are fully guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If any of our products develop a fault as a consequence of faulty workmanship or faulty materials within twelve months from the date of purchase, they may be returned to us with the original invoice, and a covering letter explaining the problem. On receipt of the returned goods, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the item(s) and return it/them to you. We do not refund your cost of returning the goods to us.

LIABILITY

Save for liability which would be unlawful to exclude, our obligation to refund the purchase price or replace the product shall constitute the full extent of our liability in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer whether caused by a breach of contract or by misrepresentation.
